YOU KNOW YOUR BODY AND MIND ARE CAPABLE OF MORE...
My name is Evan Kueffner, and holistic fitness is my passion.
When you feel good physically, you move through your world with a sense of confidence and directness that simply can't be faked. You don't need to rely on the outside factors of life to line up in a certain way for you to feel at ease, because you truly understand that whatever comes your way, you can handle it. In my own journey through competitive athletics, recovery from injury, business and spiritual self-discovery, my fitness training discipline constantly reminds me of one great truth: our potential is limited only by our own beliefs and our willingness to put in the work.
I work with individuals and groups, men and women, young and old, in person and online, to accomplish one thing:
The cultivation of strong, balanced, resilient, integrated bodies and minds.
This is not your typical old-school meathead type of training. My style emphasizes working WITH the body and it's natural design to move in ways that it craves to move, rather than forcing it into boxes that only create injury and pain down the road. Our tough workouts are balanced with unique recovery sessions incorporating assisted stretching, guided myofascial release, meditation and calming breathwork. Your body composition will improve. Your breathing will improve. Your gait will improve. Your sense of mental calm will improve. Your balance, coordination, and power will improve.
If you are tired of knowing that you SHOULD be feeling better in your own body and are ready to make it happen, reach out below. We'll set up a time to discuss your current state, your goals, and how we can reach them together.
